We try to organize moments of breath and tranquility monthly at our headquarters in Ala di Stura.

Retreats focused on Pilates but not only, contact with nature, well-being and time to think.

Inside the B & B La Crestolina in addition to the fairytale environment, the warm and welcoming rooms and the studio with mountain views, we have an outdoor mini SPA, consisting of Jacuzzi and Sauna.
